People all over are constantly searching the internet in hopes of finding negative calorie foods because they want to eat foods that will not make them fatter. Well unfortunately there is no such thing as a negative calorie food - every piece of food that we eat has some calories in it.

A calorie is nothing more than just a unit of heat and therefore it can not be negative. So when you hear people discussing negative calorie foods it is nothing more than just finding the right foods that are low in calories and it requires more energy to eat and digest the food than the actual food contains.
