You will be amazed at how great you feel once you stick to a regular routine; as a matter of fact since I started walking every morning for at least 45 minutes I have noticed a huge difference in the way my body is beginning to look. It is becoming more toned and of course that makes me feel great. I am not yet happy with the way that I look; but now I can actually feel good about the fact that I enjoy going for walks on a daily basis.
