I always go for a 30 minute walk everyday and it is a great way to spend the morning and sort out your thoughts for the day. Avoid soft drinks if you want to get rid of belly fat. Soft drinks are very bad for someone who is trying to get back into shape. Whenever you feel thirsty instead of drinking a soda; try drinking more water. Water is great for losing weight; unfortunately we as a society do not drink enough of it.
